Travel & Additional Service Costs

Travel expenses are billed separately and include technician travel time at $150/hour (portal-to-portal), airfare, ground transportation, and lodging for multi-day installations.

Estimated travel costs by region:

  • Local (within 50 miles): $200–$400
  • Regional (50–300 miles): $500–$1,200
  • National: $1,500–$3,500
  • International: Quote upon request

Additional services available:

  • Advanced operator training: $500/day
  • Custom protocol development: $200/hour
  • Annual service contracts: Contact for pricing
  • Emergency service calls: $500 minimum + hourly rate

Service Terms & Scheduling

  • Services must be scheduled within 90 days of equipment delivery
  • Minimum 2-week advance notice required for scheduling
  • Site must meet equipment specifications (power, space, environmental controls)
  • Customer responsible for providing a safe working environment
  • Payment due upon service completion
  • Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled service subject to 50% fee
