Travel & Additional Service Costs
Travel expenses are billed separately and include technician travel time at $150/hour (portal-to-portal), airfare, ground transportation, and lodging for multi-day installations.
Estimated travel costs by region:
- Local (within 50 miles): $200–$400
- Regional (50–300 miles): $500–$1,200
- National: $1,500–$3,500
- International: Quote upon request
Additional services available:
- Advanced operator training: $500/day
- Custom protocol development: $200/hour

- Emergency service calls: $500 minimum + hourly rate
Service Terms & Scheduling
- Services must be scheduled within 90 days of equipment delivery
- Minimum 2-week advance notice required for scheduling
- Site must meet equipment specifications (power, space, environmental controls)
- Customer responsible for providing a safe working environment
- Payment due upon service completion
- Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled service subject to 50% fee
