At mLab Supply, we’re committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, costs, and more.

📦 Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship within the United States and to the supported international destinations listed below. Availability varies by product and delivery address; available services and charges are shown at checkout. Transit estimates below are in addition to the 1–3 business day processing time.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

🌍 International Shipping

  • For eligible products, supported international destinations are Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Some large or freight items have more limited delivery coverage and require a separate quote for international delivery. If your country or a shipping option is not available for your item at checkout, contact matthew@mlabsupply.com before ordering.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.

  • We do not charge VAT or sales tax on international orders.

📬 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may apply — see homepage banners or product pages for current offers.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime by visiting your account or using the tracking link in your email.

🛑 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us at matthew@mlabsupply.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
