📦 Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may apply — see homepage banners or product pages for current offers.
🔎 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime by visiting your account or using the tracking link in your email.
🛑 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us at matthew@mlabsupply.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
