At mLab Supply, we’re committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, costs, and more.


📦 Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at matthew@mlabsupply.com.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.

  • We do not charge VAT or sales tax on international orders.


📬 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may apply — see homepage banners or product pages for current offers.


🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime by visiting your account or using the tracking link in your email.


🛑 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us at matthew@mlabsupply.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
